Wildlife Safari is a wildlife sanctuary that's about an hour or so away from where we live. I have vivid memories of going there as a kid with my grandparents that I will cherish forever. I wanted to share with Ridley and make new memories of this place together with him. The variety of animals you can see is staggering and with not to much trouble at all, you can take pictures in a way that looks like you were in another country and not Oregon. After driving through the safari portion first, we got out and explored the on foot section, which is reminiscent of a zoo. Afer seeing some pretty exciting animals and creepy crawlers, we grabbed lunch in the cafe a family of lemurs just outside a large picture window. We opted to take the safari one more time before heading back home.
